VINIFICATION: Short fermentation at low temperature.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Ruby red colour. Light, with aromas of violet and dog rose, sweet and aromatic flavour.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 5% vol.
FOOD PAIRINGS: reserves pleasant sensations when enjoyed with cakes, cream pastries and all desserts. Pleasant outside of meals.
OPERATING TEMPERATURE: 6 - 7°C.
