GRAPE VARIETY: Nebbiolo
VINIFICATION: Fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Aged in barriques for 12 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Garnet red in colour,
it has an intense and persistent bouquet, with fruity and floral notes
such as violet and vanilla. On the palate, it has a tannic, spicy, elegant flavour
and great personality.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% vol.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Mature cheeses, red meat and game.
OPERATING TEMPERATURE: It is recommended to open the bottle at least
one hour before tasting, at a temperature of approximately 18 °C.
