LANGHE NEBBIOLO “ANIMUM” DOC

"Belonging to the noble family of Nebbiolo wines, Langhe Nebbiolo ‘Animum’ takes its name from the area where the hills on which it is grown are located."

GRAPE VARIETY: Nebbiolo

VINIFICATION: Fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Aged in barriques for 12 months.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Garnet red in colour, it has an intense and persistent bouquet, with fruity and floral notes such as violet and vanilla. On the palate, it has a tannic, spicy, elegant flavour and great personality.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% vol.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Mature cheeses, red meat and game.

OPERATING TEMPERATURE: It is recommended to open the bottle at least one hour before tasting, at a temperature of approximately 18 °C.
