Soft pressing, fermentation at 16°C and maturation on fine lees in steel tanks.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Straw yellow in colour with amber highlights, it has a delicate, fruity aroma and a pleasant, velvety sweet flavour.
ALCOHOL CONTENT:
13,5% vol.
FOOD PAIRINGS:
Starters, delicate white meats and fish cooked in a variety of ways.
OPERATING TEMPERATURE:
7 - 10° C.
