VINIFICATION: Fermentazione in acciaio, affinamento in botti di rovere per 12 mesi.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Ruby red colour with garnet reflections, delicate aroma with almond notes typical of Nebbiolo del Roero. Full-bodied flavour with appreciable persistence.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% vol.
