VINIFICATION: Fermentation and maturation in steel tanks, ageing in oak barrels for 4 months.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: A full-bodied ruby red wine with an intense vinous aroma and hints of cherry. Dry flavour with pleasant acidity.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14,5% vol.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Recommended with red meat, game and cheese.

OPERATING TEMPERATURE: 18° C.
