GRAPE VARIETY: Nebbiolo

VINIFICATION: Fermented in steel, aged in oak barrels for 12 months.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Ruby red colour with garnet reflections, delicate aroma with almond notes typical of Nebbiolo del Roero. Full-bodied flavour with appreciable persistence.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% vol.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Red meat, game and mature cheeses.

OPERATING TEMPERATURE: 18° C.

BOTTLE CAPACITY: 0.75 cl.
