ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Dull ruby red colour. Aroma of violets and dog rose. Soft and delicate flavour.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,5% vol.

FOOD PAIRINGS: It pairs well with young cheeses and desserts.

OPERATING TEMPERATURE: 12 - 15° C.
